***Hmm... what to report...well, the carny has already come and gone. Steve won me two fish, that i named Peaches and Cream. After the carny Sat. I went to his house to watch the Perseid Meteor Shower, we saw 22 in an hr. Not that bad, not as good as the one I saw in 8th grade with Steph, but that was once in a lifetime I think. Anyhow. So his sister watched em with us...and we had quite the heeby jeebies...we heard some weird cat...then we saw it by the corn, and got freaked out...then we heard a pack of coyotes in the woods behind his house. Yesterday we went four wheeling at his grandma's house...which was fun, but i always think I'm gonna fall off somehow.

***Only three more days of work. Then off to college! I didn't even get burned that bad at Penndot...I got burned worse at the yardsale we had at our house...my legs fried. This week began hockey double days for the highschool...I sorta miss it...oh well...maybe I'll play in the alumni game.

Ah.....sigh...baths...real actual honest goodness tub baths are soooo relaxing. Ah, maybe that's part of America's stressyness...back in the olden days they used to always take baths, given it wasn't very often, but when it was it was a full ermersion...immersion...um wow i feel stupid...idk whatever u know what i mean...anyhow...i took a bath cuz it felt good after my first day at PENNDOT! Woot, I got the job, super excited....who knows if i'll say that after a day when it's like 99 degrees out...but as for right now...yay! I worked actually with a quite a few other 'kids' per say... like 18-29 yr olds...who were had all their teeth, weren't ugly, and a highschool education at least...I thought they'd be all scary perverted old men to tell u the truth...but I'm glad they weren't. Anyhow so yup...flourescent yellow/green is my new hot color! So you all better be nice to me or I'll make u sit in construction waiting for EVER....just kidding...I don't really have control over when you can go...I just go when they tell me...but actually I'm a flagmen that doesn't flag because I need to go through safety training or something first...so today I was a broom woman that didn't broom, because they gave it to me and I swept...and they said...you don't need to do that too much honey we have a sweeper truck that takes care of it...so as the state construction worker stereo type goes...I stood there with my broom and looked important...and didn't do didly...and I probably didn't look important either...but it made me feel like it...Alright well hope you all are having an AWESOME summer.

Life is like a construction zone...if you go slow and careful you'll probably miss most of the obstacles that are easily avoidable...but if u disregard the rules and go wild and crazy you may hit some bumps along the way.....but maybe the thrill was worth it...until you get caught

    so beware....someone's always watchin you

I got my eye on you  ; ) wow that's really lame....la dee da...sun musta got to me.

So I just got back from the State FFA convention. It was fun, as always...I love farms/ old farm men...I love how people work with their hands and make something grow, and ppl have big families, and they live with land and learn about animals and the origin of our food...haha and ahhh, that clean smelling fresh farm air! idk, it's just close to my heart, I always wanted to live on a farm. Anyhow, so FFA is a great organization that helps kids to learn and mature. I'm sure anyone that's not in it, won't be able to understand the magnitude of how awesome this is, but Paul Druckenmiller got in as a state officer! It's so exciting! Way to go Paul! That means that for a year he gets to travel around the state visiting different chapters and meeting really cool important people. Darren Wood was the state vice president this past year. I was at the convention for conservation public speaking and got 2nd place. The girl that got first, Kelly, is now state President! She's a really nice outgoing girl and I sorta became friends with her cuz she was at my regional competition too. Also Alex Spease and Caitlin Tengeres and I went shopping. We didn't buy much but it was fun anyhow. Oh my goodness we went to the Waffle Shoppe and everything was fantab except for our apple juice! UGH it tasted like it had a whole bucket of sugar in it. It was nasty. Anyways, I met lots of great people, and heard this song that I really liked called

    Fishin' in the Dark.

Lazy yeller moon coming up tonight
    Shining through the trees
    Crickets are singing
And the lightning bugs are floating on the breeze
    Baby get ready

Cross the field where the creek turns back
    By the old stun road
Im going to take you to a special place
    That nobody knows
    Baby get ready

    Ooo ooo ooo

You and me going fishing in the dark
Lying on our backs and counting the stars
    Where the cool grass grows

Down by river in the full moon light
We’ll be falling in love in the middle of the night

Alright, I guess it's time for a real update. Wow, at first it didn't hit...but it's finally starting to sink in that we really are graduating...seeing all those other poor souls in school today...haha, i didn't really feel bad, maybe a tad, but I got over it when I got to go to SUBWAY for lunch, insteada the cafeteria...anyhow, Jordy, Steph, Sam, Amy and I all smooshed into a booth at subway and chatted away. It was fun. Yesterday the girls spent the night at my house after class night. We watched crazy old videos of skits from school. Oh dear, I'm glad we matured...and I sorta hope that my kids skip that stage of their life...lol. Nah, it was cool. Tomorrow is the class trip to NYC! AHH, hopefully everything goes off without a hitch. We graduate in TWO days guys! Wow....I love all of my senior class...honestly, you guys are the greatest, I'm so glad that my birthday was just a few days after the cut off for the class of 2005, because I woulda never got to know you all as well as I do, and that would have been a big chunk of my life that was missing, without me ever knowing. Love you all oodles!
